Green ICT Recycling provides free collection of all your IT equipment, ensuring the security of your items is our top priority during the entire process.

Our dependable ICT recycling service is entirely FREE and user-friendly. No matter if you're a business, school, public sector organisation, charity, or any other type of entity, Green ICT Recycling will pick up your IT equipment at no charge and take it to our recycling centre for responsible disposal.

Swift and efficient service

Green ICT Recycling will perform your collection at a pre-arranged time with GPS-tracked vehicles, allowing us to monitor the location of your items at all times. Our service is fast, efficient, and friendly, backed by an easy-to-use automated collection system. To schedule a collection, please complete our online form. We collect a wide range of items, including outdated PCs, laptops, monitors, servers, network products, printers, UPSs, cabling, AV equipment, projectors, Apple Mac devices, mobile devices, and more, at a time that works for you.

Certification

 

Our FREE collection service will provide you with a Duty of Care Waste Transfer Note. This will provide you with the confirmation that your IT equipment has been passed to Green ICT Recycling and that the secure IT disposal service has begun.

When the vehicle has returned to our premises, your equipment will be removed and recorded. An asset equipment report will be completed in the form of a Certificate of Disposal.

​

Any waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) will have a weight recorded, in line with the Environment Agency regulations.

​

The Certificate of Disposal will be forwarded to you by email in PDF format, it will provide confirmation that all items have been recycled in line with WEEE regulations.

​

For all data bearing devices a certificate of data destruction is also included in the report.

Data Wiping

 

For items containing a Hard Disk Drive or Solid State Drive, Green ICT Recycling will wipe any HDD or SSD from either PC, laptop or server using BitRaser.

​

BitRaser software guarantees permanent wiping of sensitive data from HDDs, SSDs, PCs, laptops, Mac devices, Chromebook & Servers. The software generates tamper-proof erasure certificate helping organizations mitigate risks & attain compliance with laws and standards like CPRA, EU-GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISO-27001. BitRaser safeguards privacy & prevents data leakage when disposing, donating, returning, or reselling old storage media or devices.
